Who benefits from hiding false reports?

Denying the evident existence of false reports, or claiming that these account only for a 0,01% of the total, can only benefit two kinds of people:

Firstly, those who make a living out of gender violence, “professionals” who are more interested in the problem becoming chronic that they are in solving it. These people are ossified in their positions; they are stuck in the absolutely uselessness of applying timorous and palliative solutions, instead of seeking “the cure of the illness”. Secondly, the fraudsters themselves are benefitting from it: as they can falsely report with impunity, ruling supreme in the same courts of law that were built for serving justice.

Who is harmed when false reports are hidden?

On the one hand, and rather obviously, the defendant himself, who is stripped off basic and inalienable human rights, as the right to the presumption of innocence, the right to be judged in a fair trial where procedural rights are guaranteed, and also receiving an unbiased treatment by the media who, by denying the existence of false reports, consequently condemn the accused before he’s been properly judged. On the other hand, it harms the very victims of gender violence, as these fraudsters hoard and waste the resources that are set aside for those who really need them.

What would happen if false reports were prosecuted and punished?

A costly machine is turned on whenever a woman files a gender violence report: legal and psychological assistance, shelters, collection of about 400 euros in public funds, initiation of legal action, etc. All of that is quite costly; that is justified in a real case of gender violence, but it’s obscene in fraudulent cases. Prosecuting and punishing false reports would allow to have a huge amount of resources available. These could then be used to improve services for real victims. That would save more women’s lives that the sterile protests against gender violence by feminist associations. Therefore, it’s important to keep in mind that a false accuser is not only defrauding the reported. She’s also defrauding the true victims and society as a whole.

The denial of false reports by feminism, or its reduction to an unbelievable 0,01% is just getting in the way of the fight against gender violence. It shows, one more time, that feminism has become a useless movement, a hindrance, an obstacle for the very same women that they claim to represent and defend.

El Ratel

El Ratel ("The Badger") has helplessly seen the rise of politically correct nonsense, inclusive language and feminist ideology in his native country, Spain. After getting in contact with the MRM and antifeminist ideas, his attempts to talk about it were met with disdain and disgust. That is why he adopted a secret identity and started doing what he does best: spreading information by means of writing and translation.
