Men are leaving the workforce, and we all need to ask ‘what’s motivating men to stop taking up the mantle of oppressor?’ Wage work was how men established their dominance over women, how men placed women in a position of subservience, how men caged women. Why would men stop doing this? And how do we frame them now as even greater oppressors of women for no longer oppressing women through earning a paycheck?
