I think that this dude is allowing his staunch individualism to get in the way of good reasoning. I have a problem with this resistance to the notion of victim. That made me angry. I AM a victim of this society, in many ways. I think that the term “victim” should apply even if there is no conscious oppressor. Capitalism, itself, as an example, has made many victims.
