The judge may have set legal precedent in this case by NOT ruling in favor of HBB. Now any Comic Con or Expo can eject any participant at any time for any made up reason. Who will feel safe signing a contract with such a company in the future, knowing that anyone, including a competitor can create a made up flurry of complaints to get them kicked out.
